Rate & Fee Schedule

See below for the utility rates and fees associated with your account. Late payments will be subject to a surcharge of 1.5% per month or 19.56% per annum (on outstanding balance). A fee of $25 will be applied to your account for each NSF occurrence.

Security Deposit: $60 issued on your first invoice, held in trust until move-out.
Billing Frequency: Monthly

Account Set-Up	$20 one-time fee for account set up
Basic Charge	$8.50 to perform meter reading and billing services
Electricity	Tiered rates charged per kwhr at the current BC Hydro residential rate
Water	Rates charged per m3 at the current City rate
Sewage	Rates per the current per m3 at the current WSES rate

By submitting this completed form and ticking the checkbox provided, I recognize that failure to pay my utility invoice may result in a disruption of service and/or breach of lease agreement, and that unpaid balances may be subject to collections, use of damage deposit and/or eviction from the property.
