SERVICE INFORMATION
Convergent billing makes it easier for residents to manage monthly expenses and helps ensure timely payment for rent and utilities. With one bill, there is less for a resident to worry about and using our 7/24/365 online portal they can easily check charges for rent, pet fees, garages/parking, water, sewer, gas, electric, and trash. Any paid amenity you offer can be added to the bill. Canada Utility Management has an in-house collections team in the event payments are late.
Convergent billing is integrated with most property management platforms and is a good solution for property managers who want the residents to pay on-site. We also offer convergent billing where we collect payment via ebill, autopay, fast pay, via phone, or by mail.
